Intention to Cultivate Divisiveness
Are you worried about your business today?
The Sunday Scaries are a real thing you know.
Perhaps there are deadlines you haven’t wrapped up in February, or that you have a really big thing to sell that you have yet to make any traction on- all while you are overwhelmed that Spring Break is coming- the list goes on.
Looking back on what got you here today is probably a little bit of procrastination, indecision, and thinking you had more time than you prioritized.
Indecisiveness is linked to higher levels of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt, which can impede effective action.
As a result, when we don’t take action, we think we are closer to needing to give up on that goal.
You may already know that I come into your inbox each week as your champion of personal self-trust and business clarity and on a mission to help overwhelmed business owners stop second-guessing themselves, get out of the weeds, and confidently take the next step toward their biggest goals.
Over the past few weeks, I have been dreaming big(ger) about what’s ahead for my business at CEO Days, MKTG Brand, and Dana Magnus Photography, as well as my Arbonne side-hustle (and I’m not done planning for the year just yet).
If you’re juggling it all: use this week as a last-chance to plan as we move into Q2 very soon.
This process has been really fun & exciting to expand possibilities, but it also reminds me that daily, I must execute something really important and not stay in planning MODE in place of doing.
I keep telling myself every day I wake up: “Just make 10-20 minutes of progress on this, and knock it off the list sooner,” which helps me just get at it with confidence.
Let’s Check In:
What decision have you been putting off, and why?
How can you practice quick, confident decision-making this week?
What’s a past decision that brought positive change and what did you learn?
This week, set the intention to be so focused on making confident decision making that by Friday, you surprised yourself by how much BOLD, brave action you took.
Also, mark your calendar to do something incredible for yourself & your business at CEO Days- with plenty of time to get things done, all while you network, plan, review your February month, and make a new system of Getting Lost to Get Inspired that will sustain your business creativity & decision-making all year round!
