Intention to Streamline Execution

Whether it's St. Patrick's Day celebrations, making your bank account soar with sales, or feeling fresh with new ideas from last CEO Day's Get Lost to Get Inspired workshop- which is making you feel ready to celebrate a new season?

In my household, the new season is potty training: my son is 21 months old and I figure- let’s do this now or never.

And while I could have spent hours researching methods, making schedules, or waiting for the "perfect weekend" to do it… I didn’t.

Instead, I just jumped in and focused on the next hour, not the next three days.

And guess what? That made all the difference.

I didn’t obsess over the big picture. I didn’t worry about how many accidents we’d have. Instead, I took it one #1 and #2 at a time—and what I thought would be stressful actually turned into something really special.

  • I slowed down.

  • I gave him more 1-on-1 attention than I usually do.

  • I asked more questions, told more stories, and just enjoyed being there in the moment.

And it hit me—this is exactly how execution in business should feel.

Your Intention This Week: Streamline Execution

This week, instead of thinking about the whole project ahead of you, zoom in. What’s the very next step? The first action you can take?

Let go of the outcome for now—just focus on moving forward, one decision at a time.

Because when we simplify action, we free ourselves from overwhelm and actually start enjoying the process.

What’s the thing you’ve been avoiding because it feels too big? Hit reply and tell me—I bet we can break it down together.

Let’s Check In:

  • How do you break big projects into smaller, manageable tasks?

  • What process could you improve to make execution easier?

  • What would happen if you committed to quicker turnaround times?
