Intention to Get Passionate

Passion is like a cozy cup of hot tea, tingling, aromatic, and rejuvenating. When was the last time you sipped and surged life back into your business? 

Here in Chicago, leaves are changing colors and the air is getting more crisp. It reminds me of the end nearing, the end of the year, that is, and I am feeling sluggish.

Now, if you have an abundance-leaning mindset, you understand that no matter what industry you are in, you have an opportunity to start today with whatever your goals are and make tremendous progress, not thinking of an “end” per se. 

And no matter where you start from today, you can make a radical shift in your success for the rest of the year with the mindset you possess. 

I have to remind myself of this because when I skip on pouring that passion into my business, I make excuses (like the weather) on why I don’t feel as jived to get after my goals. 

The difference is passion!

My invitation to you is to seek this final quarter of the year with a focus on PASSION: what fuels you and your business to produce your greatest results! 

Passion is so important to have in your business as a CEO for many reasons.

The top reason being is that running a successful and impactful business requires you to have more than a thinking “start to finish” mindset, punching in and out apathetically, or simply going through the motions. 

Doesn’t work like that, my friend!

The human side of doing business and excelling in this world requires heart and grit from within. We aren’t machines! 

And as visionary entrepreneurs, if we aren’t fueling our belling-burning passion, we can easily reach for the exit.
